Sehr felxibles, freundliches Personal
Tiefgarage und Zustellbett konnten bie der Online- Buchung nicht direkt dazu genommen werden und musste hinterher umständlich nachnominiert werden.

"Despite of the smells we had a very good stay." (97260824)
The hotel was very good for the price we paid. The location of the hotel is superb, very close to the Dom and trainstation and in walking distance of almost every tourist attraction. The 24-hour desk occupation was very convenient since we arrived quite late in Cologne. The room was clean.
The only bad thing was the smell of cigarette smoke that we woke up to each morning.

habitación amplia,grande
hacer una buena reforma y cambiar el ascensor,ya q te entra la claustrofobia de tan pequeño q es.Más limpieza.
