"This newly renovated hotel was a great find. We had a two room suite with a kitchenette for less than a minute room the night before in a Radisson across town. The location is great - quiet, near the river, with easy Underground access to everything. The executive lounge was pleasant and quiet with free wi-fi - a nice place to hang out in the late afternoon. The pool was a decent size. All in all, a great place to stay and a great value." (97159348)
The size of the suite was excellent for the price and the executive lounge was very nice to relax in with free wi-fi as well.
Continental breakfast was a bit basic and on Sunday, they had run out of several items as well making the choice quite limited. Coffee was weak. The construction site across the street was noisy during the day, but we weren't really there much anyway between 8-5 (and they did start the jackhammers at 8 even on Saturday!).

"I enjoyed staying at the Dolphin House. It is located in a quiet, scenic neighbourhood and has on the premises all the facilities a business traveller would need. I plan to return there whenever I am in London" (97208564)
The internet access and computers; the pillows and bed; the squash courts and gym
the ongoing refurbishing work was a slight nuisance

Very clean, luxurious, well equipped
Not sure about security!! there were too many doors with access to the outside world, anyone could have come in to the corridors

"In general it was a good stay. Rooms were attractive and large enough for the visitors that came. The kitchenette was just what we needed. The location was convenient. Ancillary facilities were nice, and there were local places for drinks and local meals." (108067649)
Good location. Nice renovation. Not a hotel, a residence. Nice facilities in the complex, pool, stores, fitness, garden. Near parks and the underground. Very courteous staff.
No air conditioning! They were renovating the school accross the street, so it was a bit noisy with the windows open. The corridor was stifling hot. Online booking is a risk. You pay up front, before you see the place. If you dont like it can you get your refund?

"Despite the above we would be prepared to stay at the Dolphin again. We'd look more carefully at the rooms you provide. " (97899147)
Excellent location. Quiet.
Our room was unbearably hot with no airconditioning and because we were on the ground floor, we were unable to leave the windows open while we slept. The small fan was not sufficient to keep us cool. The room wasn't always cleaned properly.

"See comments above - this was no better than 2 star accomodation. I have e-mailed them to complain and to date they have not even bothered to reply." (97945342)
Convenience to where I was working and by London standards reasonably priced.
Hot - no aircon., noisy and cramped.

"Overall it was a pleasant experience, good facilities, easy to get to. Internet charges for WiFI are excessive in Today's market." (97423420)
Friendly, professional staff who made me feel welcome.
Noise from hallway and other rooms constantly travelled easily making the room very noisy and hard to sleep.

"We found the apartment a relaxing place to come back to after busy days of sightseeing. It was serviced daily and it was pleasing that, on arrival, a small hamper of items was provided so we didn't have to rush and and buy milk etc. to make a cup of tea. Also, having shops as part of the complex was convenient." (97615639)
Very clean, comfortable, well appointed apartment with good quality fittings. Our room faced the courtyard so was very quiet and also captured the sun for a substantial part of the day.
We had no complaints - all our needs were well provided for.
